Global Antitrust and Competition Policy

Sumitomo Electric Group is committed to global compliance, as set out in our Code of Conduct. As part of that commitment, our Board of Directors has adopted the Global Antitrust and Competition Policy to ensure antitrust and competition law compliance by communicating our group policies concerning compliance with competition laws and making it clear that it is the individual responsibility of all directors, officers, and employees of our group companies to comply with applicable competition laws.
